(WWETV TBT) Tupac's Outlawz group member Fatal's brother has recently come out to speak about the controversial night Tupac met Nas on the weekend of the MTV Awards in 1996. There are conflicting reports on what exactly happened that night either due to it being so long ago that details are lost in time or that some of the players in the incident now want to rewrite the history to look better in their favor.
