My take away from the video:

Killing black people isn't a crime in America. How the media uses distractions to get people to forget about the chaotic shit that's happening in the background. Only for people to record the chaotic shit happening in the background and post it online so people can know what's really going on. Then how people use drugs to cope with the reality of trying to survive in America. Then lastly, trying to survive in America as a black man. With all the fucked up shit that's going on to black people all over the country, you also gotta keep in mind that it could happen to you, too. You could be next. Now I might be reaching here on the last scene, but he's running from his oppressors (the white people), and they're getting help from black people, the black guy on the right (representing black on black crime?), and the black woman on the left trying to help the white men catch him (child support system?), both representing the lack of unity in the black community?

This is video and song is saying awhole lot without saying a lot..... This is america....african themed music,he's rapping like a trap rapper/southern rapper,while dancing through different scenes of violence that's affecting blacks.The dancing is just a symbol,like saying no matter goes on or happens we will continue dancing/entertaining even after we're lyched,shot,dead and some more shit.It's really a smart way of dissing the culture and the culture profiters.

Truthfully he's conveying the message that Kanye is trying to get out I suppose, but just can't these days. The Poopity Scoop is a message and so is the "song" he put out with T.I., which really wasn't meant to be a song or released, not well composed but if you really hear what Kanye saying, there's a message there.
