Busta Rhymes drops a bomb with a video that has Vybz Kartel appearing from jail to perform the visuals for the single with Tory Lanez called “Girlfriend.”
Vybz Kartel has not been seen in a live appearance in a music video since his arrest in 2011. The video features cameos from a bunch of local Jamaican dancehall celebrities like Beenie Man, Foota Hype, Junior Reid, Spice, and Bounty Killer.
Fresh off the "All Eyez On Me" biopic is Benny Boom who directed this short film with Busta Rhymes. The storyline sees Beenie Man at the airport with his fleet of luxury vehicles to pick up Busta. We see the hip hop star on a boat full of vixens and later under the deck he links up with some dancehall godfathers before visiting Vybz Kartel at the maximum security Tower Street Prison, aka GP.
