Nas & Lauryn Hill Live - WWETV Toronto

(WWETV TORONTO) Toronto paid witness to two legends of music in Nas and Lauryn Hill. The dynamic duo wowed the audience on the Budweiser stage on September 10th. Nas performed many of his hit songs and even the ones that people are critical of such as Oochie Wally" and "You Owe Me." with the guest vocals of drummer/singer Eddie Cole, nephew of Nat King.

The Afro-era Michael Jackson appeared during the concert to the tune of "Human Nature," Nas fondly reminds crowds that MJ cleared a sample for "a nobody" back in 1994 for the single "It Ain't Hard to Tell." One Mic Nas took the stage with and then promised to make a return.

The mastermind behind Miseducation of Lauryn Hill and the Fugees' The Score not only delivered, but also gave new versions to her classics on stage with an ensemble. This was a refreshing breath of air for fans who heard a new take on songs she made into all-time greats.
