Remy Ma stole the show at Hot 97’s Summer Jam 2017 in New York. The Bronx rapper paid tribute to the female Hip Hop stars that came before her as well as the next generation.
We saw legends Lil Kim and Queen Latifah along with new era stars Young M.A. and Cardi B. The list did not end there as appearances were made by MC Lyte, Rah Digga, The Lady Of Rage, and Monie Love.
The women were seen backstage and took part in some of the most epic pictures ever taken for hip hop.
Nicki Minaj although being from New York herself was not present as Remy Ma performed her “Shether” diss track and presented Nicki on the big screen at Summer Jam.
The performance came just days after Nicki was heard throwing more shots at Remy Ma on a snippet of 2 Chainz’s “Realize.”
