(WWETV TORONTO) The Uptop Movementz popular underground rapper Robin Banks is currently in critical condition in a hospital in Toronto. The news broke through City TV News' CP24 program and website, but did not mention any names. Our sources have confirmed it is indeed Robin Banks and that he may have been shot 9 times.
