Toronto's Haviah Mighty, Keysha Freshh, Lex Leosis and Phoenix Pagliacci of The Sorority made big waves on International Women's Day last year with fire spitting cypher. This year the females team up to give tribute to one of the greatest female hip hop songs ever in "Ladies Night".

Lil Kim, Left Eye, Angie Martinez, Missy Elliott, and Da Brat were the women who dropped the original back in the late 90's. This time around the song takes on social issues such as Black Lives Matter. The Sorority believe in giving respect and props to the women who paved the way for today's artists such as Queen Latifah,Foxy Brown, and TLC.

These Toronto women let their actions speak louder than their words when they gave Canada's Urban Queen of Music Michie Mee an appearance in their music video. Many people believe Michie Mee doesn't get the due respect that some of her other contemporaries do who helped put Canadian urban music on the map.
