T PARRIS On His Brother Managing Murda Mook, Sugar Hill, & More

(WWETV NEW YORK) Ms. Goldi2U Radio aka Yonkers 1st Lady sits down with Brooklyn born, but Harlem raised Parris T talks about how long he's been in the music business. He is known for being a writer and an advocate for filling a void for young people who may not have parental figures. Harry Belafonte grew up in his apartment in Sugar Hill and lets us know that in the roaring 20's the area was a wealthy spot for African Americans. Parris T is not a fan of today's music scene and feels that some artists are smoke and mirrors. He stayed away from the music industry to write a script for a film "Block Life". It is basically his life story in the film. T Parris has a twin brother who manages Murda Mook who is one of the better battle rappers who has recently signed with Busta Rhymes.

Busta Rhymes announced on Noreaga’s “Drink Champs” podcast last year that he has officially signed Murda Mook to his Conglomerate record label.

“Congratulations to Murda Mook for becoming part of this ever-growing and ever-expanding and evolving Conglomerate fucking family,” he says. “It is an honor to say that what we are getting ready to display with this muthafucka is going to put a lot of shit in perspective for those who like to say he is a battle rap nigga.”
