Lil' Wayne is one of the more successful rappers of the new millennium and was even voted as the #2 best rapper of the 21st Century by BET. In recent years though, he has seen himself in legal issues with his label Cash Money Records. The public feud with Birdman and Lil' Wayne has put his career on halt. The highly anticipated "Carter V" has been shelved. It seems all of this fighting has gotten to Lil' Wayne who has taken to twitter.
Who knows whether or not this is a chess move by Lil Wayne and Rick Ross to get the leader of Young Money Records out of his contractual issues with Baby.
