President Obama's Dallas Police Memorial Speech

President Obama spoke about the needs to improve police interactions with black people. He mentioned the murders of Castile and Brown by name, but at the same time mourning the loss of the 5 police officers who lost their lives in the Dallas police shootings.

He was introduced by the black police chief of Dallas who spoke before Obama. He quoted lyrics from a Stevie Wonder song so when Obama got to the mic he started off with. "I am glad I met Michelle first because she loves Stevie Wonder" which lightened the darkened mood of the event.
