Rich Homie Quan performed with Lil' Kim and was suppose to pay tribute to Biggie Smalls' at VH1 Hip Honors. What ended up happening was one of the worst tributes ever with Rich Homie Quan messing up and forgetting the lyrics by Biggie Smalls. The wife of Biggie Smalls, Faith Evans spoke with TMZ about the incident.
