David Banner Arrested in D.C. After Bouncer Altercation

David Banner got into an altercation with a bouncer and ended up in handcuffs. Witnesses tell TMZ it all started after someone in Banner's crew got denied at Ozio Restaurant & Lounge early Sunday in D.C. This led to Banner to get upset about the situation which led to his arrest.
