The Rolling Stones‘ “Honky Tonk Woman” gets sampled by Public Enemy for a song that delves into greed and corruption of big business while portraying a cowboy character in the music video for "Honky Talk Rules".

The visuals include wealthy rulers, oil refineries and military power. The message is that it is indeed time for a change. The change has come already with finally having an African American on the dollar bill which this music video shows a visual of Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill.
