(WWETV) A video has appeared online of one of four of Tupac Shakur's murderer's gives a confession account of how he, Orlando Anderson and 2 other men went about murdering the Hip Hop icon. He also names Sean Puffy Combs as initially putting a 1 Million dollar bounty on Tupac Shakur. You won't believe the ironic circumstances that took place to accelerate his demise.
In the interview above David Banner states how he believes they know who killed Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls.
