Lil' Kim's Home Up For Foreclosure?

Lil Kim has lived in Alpine, NJ since 2002. The location also housed celebrities such as Chris Rock, Fabolous, Jay Z, Diddy, and many others. According to Bossip, Kim may be moving from the area as she is on the verge of losing her mansion, valued at around $3 million, for failure to keep up with her monthly payments.

Court documents reveal that Kim has been on schedule to pay a monthly mortgage of $9,935 since she bought the property. HSBC Bank sued her in 2010 after she started to fall behind on payments.

Lil Kim is due back in court with HSBC and its representatives in June as March negotiations led nowhere. HSBC is asking for full possession of the property as well as court costs. If the dispute is not resolved next month, the house will be auctioned off.

Kim owed the IRS over $100,000 as of December 2014. Her most recent project is her Lil Kim Season mixtape released in March.
