Judge Vonda Evans goes into a speech directed towards police, while she makes her ruling. An appeals court however has ruled that former Inkster, Mich., Police Officer William Melendez can serve part of his time in a boot camp, overturning a lower court judge’s sentence of 13 months to 10 years in prison.
