Charlamagne on Drake's "Summer Sixteen": You're Never Going to Be Jay Z

Drake's Summer 16 ruffled a few feathers when he took fun jabs at Kanye West and Jay Z, but radio personality host Charlamagne wasn't too thrilled about it. He feels Drake should aspire to be on Jay Z's level, but believes he will never actually get there. He also spoke on Drake's comments about New Toronto rapper Tory Lanez.
