Uncle Luke: B.I.G. Didn't Want to Participate in 2Pac Beef

Uncle Luke spoke with VLADTV about the Tupac and Biggie Smalls beef and how he tried to get the two to squash the siutation. He says that the Notorious One did not want to "go in on Pac" and he actually was going to meet Biggie at a party the night he died. You can watch the video above.
