Buju Banton Release New Song From Prison

Dancehall veteran Buju Banton has released a song from behind bars. The song, ‘My Favourite Song’, features rising singer Marco. It was produced by Mark Hudson for Stone Cold Records.

“Everybody has had that favourite-song moment when that special person had stuck in their head, so I just put words to that feeling, and my favourite song was created. Buju’s vocals expressed the need to see the person, and it was perfect,” he added.

Marco, who met the enigmatic Banton when he was younger, pointed to Make My Day as his favourite song from the entertainer. A music video for My Favourite Song is being planned.
