Meek and Drake fire off shots at their respective enemies. Drake also gives advice back to his OVO team in Toronto (“Everyone home for the summer so let’s not do nothing illegal”).
A line from the song from Toronto's most popular artist in hip hop goes: “To the people that think that I owe you s— / Payback’s a bitch and you know that s— / Ya’ll n—-s gettin’ too old for this / Please don’t think nobody notices / I’ve been up for way too many days / Ya’ll sleep enough for me anyway,” he rhymes.
Meek Mill follows Drake's opening with: “I’m on probation so let me not talk what’s illegal (Switch it up) / Today I woke up with my dream girl, she rich as a Beatle / For my teachers that said I won’t make it here / I spend a day what you make a year / I had to drop just to make it clear, that I got it loud like Jamaican here,” Meek raps.
“R.I.C.O.” means — the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act — a U.S. federal law that focuses on racketeering and provides civil penalties for acts performed as part of a criminal organization.
