Ja Rule: TVT Records Turned Down Jay Z, DMX, Dr. Dre and More

(VIA VLADTV) Rule opened up to VladTV about his first record deal with TVT when he was rolling with the Cash Money Click, and the Queens rapper believed the label could have been the biggest in the industry. He revealed that Dr. Dre shopped his "Chronic" album to the label, but CEO Steve Gottlieb turned the legendary rapper/producer down, along with Snoop Dogg, DMX, Jay Z, and more.
