DMX’s Lawyer Says Robbery Allegations Are ‘Completely Absurd’

Murray Richman who is the lawyer for DMX is saying that these allegations are “completely absurd” and that the man is claiming that he was robbed because DMX refused to buy drugs from him.

“He was leaving a show, a very successful show, and he stopped for gas,” Richman told E! News. “Four young men approached him for a photo. They took photos and they offered [DMX] drugs. He said no and told them to go…They had an argument and next thing you know, they are accusing him of robbery. Just nonsense.”

Newark Police are currently investigating the incident and have obtained surveillance footage.
